You tell us what you want to do. We’ll help you do it. First, your coach will learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of the programme, we’ll give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible.

Your Experience

Our responsibility is to get to know you as an individual and help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Here you will enjoy one-on-one mentorship during your first month with us to craft a bespoke workout, and nutrition and plan just for you. After your first month, we will continue to do personalised check-ins to make sure you feel confident in your progress and are on the road to long term success.

Glevum Fitness is proud to provide state-of-the-art equipment by Rogue, InBody Scanners, ample parking, and spacious changing facilities. No expense has been spared in the pursuit of health and fitness.

A new and exciting coach-led workout each and every day. These workouts are comprised of exercises and methods that are based on functional movements that will help you in everyday life and deliver the most efficient ways to improve body composition.
