Jo Neale is an active and adventurous soul who loves to keep her body moving. She’s always been into sports and outdoor activities, and her passion for yoga and Pilates has given her an incredible foundation of core strength. However, she wanted to take her fitness to the next level and joined us here at Glevum to focus on building her upper body strength and getting her cardio back on track.
Jo’s dedication and hard work have paid off immensely! Her endurance and overall fitness have improved significantly, and she feels stronger and more energised! She has noticed this in her regular hike up the famous Robinswood Hill with her daughter Fran, reaching the top far more easily than before!
Last week, Jo achieved a major milestone – her very first push-up! This breakthrough has motivated her even more, igniting a fire within her to continue pushing her limits.
Jo’s dedication to her health, fitness, and overall well-being is inspiring, and we cannot wait to see what else she achieves in 2025!
